The high-speed and efficient single screw extruder is specifically designed for extruding PE raw materials, equipped with a low-noise fan and a high-speed hard tooth surface gearbox. The special slotted feeding sleeve with oil cooling system improves compressibility, increases filling capacity, and thus increases extrusion volume. Special design of high-yield screw, low-temperature melting, good plasticizing effect, and good energy-saving effect.

The spiral diversion extrusion mold is specially designed for extruding PE raw materials. The unique low-pressure channel spiral or blue mold design ensures the low-temperature and high plasticization extrusion of PE pipes. The specially designed mold core spiral temperature control ensures the good performance of PE pipes; Multi layer co extrusion molds have the characteristics of low layer structure cost and low elasticity for different raw materials. The easy adjustment and uniform extrusion characteristics of this mold ensure the uniformity of melting pressure and flow rate, and the uniform and smooth appearance of the pipe.

Identification line: The pipe identification line is extruded by a small single screw extruder through a composite mold.

Vacuum sizing water tank: equipped with a two-stage vacuum system (for large-diameter pipes), advanced water circulation, high-pressure cooling system, vacuum degree adjustment device, and precise automatic control system for water temperature and level. The precise tin bronze sizing sleeve has the characteristics of fast pipe cooling speed and fast shaping. The material of this water tank is mainly stainless steel.

Spray cooling water tank: The long cooling system ensures efficient cooling of the pipes, and the unique piping system shortens the cooling length. The material of this water tank is mainly stainless steel.

Tractor: The special integrated transmission device avoids the asynchrony of independent transmission, and different control methods ensure flexible and accurate positioning and orientation. The precise pressure regulation system can adjust the traction force. This device has a unique structure and flexible operability, and the variable frequency motor can adjust the traction speed of the device.

Cutting machine: The fully hydraulic design of the cutting machine ensures flexible pressure during cutting, and flexible adjustment of saw blade position and cutting depth.
