4、 Product Function Description:

1. Mechanical filter:

Mainly used to remove impurities such as rust, sediment, algae, suspended solids, etc. from water, reduce water turbidity, and make the effluent turbidity less than 0.5NTU, CODMN less than 1.5mg/L, iron content less than 0.05mg/L, SDI ≤ 5. It can be backwashed or backwashed at any time by controlling the valve to flush out the dirt on its surface, prevent blockage, and restore its filtering ability.

2. Activated carbon filter:

Activated carbon has extremely strong adsorption and filtration performance, and has a strong adsorption effect on residual chlorine, discoloration, odor, organic matter, etc. in water. Due to the high sensitivity of reverse osmosis membranes to residual chlorine and organic matter, activated carbon must be configured to adsorb residual chlorine and organic matter, with residual chlorine in the effluent ≤ 0.1mg/L and SDI ≤ 4, which can meet the water supply requirements of reverse osmosis membranes. The second can greatly improve the original taste of the source water. It can be backwashed at any time through a multi way control valve or a pneumatic butterfly valve to wash away the colloidal and other pollutants on its surface, prevent the activated carbon surface from being surrounded by impurities and unable to adsorb, and prevent it from clogging, restoring its processing capacity.

3. Softener:

The hardness of water is mainly composed of cations such as calcium (Ca) and magnesium (Mg) ions. When raw water containing hardness passes through the cation resin layer of the water softener, calcium and magnesium ions in the water are adsorbed by the resin, while sodium ions are released. The water flowing out of the exchanger in this way is softened water that has removed hardness ions. When the resin that adsorbs calcium and magnesium ions reaches a certain level and loses its exchange capacity, the water softener automatically regenerates the failed resin according to the predetermined program, using a higher concentration of sodium chloride solution to pass through the resin and restore the failed resin to a sodium type resin.

4. Security filter:

After pre-processing, a security filter is installed before the high-pressure pump to prevent impurities larger than 1UM from entering the pump and damaging the high-pressure pump and reverse osmosis membrane. Adopting an externally loose and internally tight PP filter element (with a skeleton and good strength), water is filtered from the outside to the inside, which can prolong the time when the filter element is clogged. The upper part has an exhaust valve to prevent air from entering the pump and damaging it, while the lower part has a drain valve to discharge trapped impurities at any time.

5. Reverse osmosis device:

Reverse osmosis technology is currently a mature desalination technology internationally, and it is also a widely used and applicable water treatment process in the market. It can precisely filter out bacteria, viruses, metal ions, salts, pesticides, and various carcinogens in water. 2. If any equipment quality problems occur during the warranty period (excluding those caused by misoperation or unforeseeable factors), the supplier shall repair them free of charge and be responsible for replacing damaged parts.
After the warranty period expires, only a certain material fee and appropriate technical service fee will be charged.
If there is a malfunction in the system operation that cannot be resolved by oneself or by phone, our technical maintenance personnel will provide a solution (including temporary measures) and schedule within 24 hours after receiving written notice of the malfunction from the demand side, and will report to the leaders of both parties.
