3、 Product Features:
1. Standardized process and accurate results: The testing process, conditions, and results for moisture, ash content, and volatile matter all meet the requirements of national standards and do not require calibration. They can be used for arbitration analysis.
2. Extremely fast testing speed: The test can be conducted immediately after turning on the machine. It adopts a multi furnace dual balance structure with a constant temperature drying device. The three indicators of moisture, ash content, and volatile matter can be combined or measured separately. At the same time, the three indicators of 24 samples can be tested within 90 minutes (rapid method).
3. High degree of automation: By using computer real-time communication technology and adaptive control technology, high-precision imported Mettler electronic scales are integrated into the instrument. Combined with an automatic weighing mechanism, thermogravimetric analysis is used to automatically weigh, send, process data, calculate results, print and store reports, etc., achieving unmanned operation.
4. Easy to operate and safe: During the testing process, there is no need to remove or place crucible covers, send samples, or take samples. At the same time, an imported cylinder is used to automatically control the switches on the water and ash covers, avoiding the danger of high temperature radiation and burns.
5. Accurate temperature control: The circular well shaped high-temperature furnace has a uniform temperature distribution, and the optimized process avoids the phenomenon of temperature field disturbance caused by frequent opening of the furnace door in the assembly line working mode. The PID temperature control algorithm ensures control accuracy of 1 ℃.
6. Equipped with power-off restart function: After a brief power outage, the instrument can be powered on to resume the previous experiment without the need to scrap all the samples from the previous experiment. It also uses a LCD screen display and can be used independently offline.
7. Thermobalance weighing technology: With a single sample tray, there is no need to frequently move the sample back and forth between the combustion tray and the weighing tray. Calibration can be performed using a blank crucible in the same atmosphere environment to avoid weighing errors caused by inconsistent crucible temperatures in the assembly line mode; Multiple weighing methods are available for selection.
8. Strong adaptability: A silent air compressor can be used to provide compressed air to drive pneumatic devices and assist combustion, without relying on any bottled gas.
9. Can achieve remote transmission, uploading data including: environmental parameters (temperature, humidity); Process parameters (time, temperature, etc.).
