Introduction to Technical Features:

1) High stability and good safety: Infrared method uses characteristic spectrum to detect the concentration of sulfur dioxide, and there is no chemical reaction in the analysis process after sample combustion, which improves the instrument and reduces the failure rate. No need to prepare chemical reagents, safer work, and no need to add catalysts such as tungsten trioxide, ensuring smooth gas flow.
2) Good stability: The characteristic spectrum of infrared method only absorbs sulfur dioxide molecules, and the testing process is not affected by other gases, without any chemical reactions. It has good stability and reliable test results. At the same time, an automatic gas blowing device and an air curtain were designed to ensure that they are not affected by external sulfur dioxide. In addition, the combustion temperature of the infrared method can be set to 1350 ℃, which enables the decomposition of sulfur, which is difficult to decompose in sulfates.
