Structure and Principle of Gypsum Grinding Powder Machine

This machine is a vertical combination crusher, consisting of a main engine, a fan, a fineness analyzer, a powder collector, a dust removal and air dispersing device, and pipelines.

There are four rows of twelve hammerheads arranged vertically inside the host, and the inner wall is equipped with a high manganese tooth type lining plate. The material enters the crushing chamber above and is subjected to high-speed impact and shear between the hammerheads and the lining plate to achieve the required fineness. Then, after being sorted by a fineness analyzer, it is carried away by the airflow, and impurity particles are discharged from the lower discharge port.

The crushed gypsum is lifted by a hoist to the raw material bin, and then uniformly fed into the Raymond mill host for grinding processing by an electromagnetic vibration feeder. The working principle of Raymond mill is to squeeze and grind gypsum in the limited gap between the grinding roller and the grinding ring through the rotation of the grinding roller. The fan air is blown into the grinding chamber of the Raymond mill main machine, and the ground gypsum powder is sent into the analysis machine system (the mesh size that needs to be ground needs to be set first). Through the powder selection work of the analysis machine, the finished gypsum powder will enter the large cyclone powder collector through the pipeline and can be bagged and packaged. The entire Raymond mill equipment adopts sealed operation to reduce dust pollution. The ultrafine powder (larger than the set mesh size) generated during the production process, also known as dust, will be collected by bag filters with a yield of 1-3kg of dust per ton. Under normal rules, it can be ignored.

Alpha type hemihydrate gypsum, also known as high-strength gypsum, is usually distilled in a saturated steam medium using a steam pressure vessel; The beta type hemihydrate gypsum, also known as building gypsum, is calcined using a frying pan or rotary kiln with an open device. The slurry of semi hydrated gypsum mixed with water forms dihydrate gypsum again, which quickly solidifies and hardens during the drying process to obtain strength, but softens when it comes into contact with water. Gypsum is the main raw material for producing gypsum cementitious materials and gypsum building products, as well as a retarder for Portland cement. After calcination at 600-800 ° C, gypsum can be finely ground by adding a small amount of lime and other catalysts to obtain hard gypsum binder (also known as gold binder); High temperature calcined gypsum can be obtained by calcining and grinding at 900-1000 ° C. The products made from these two types of gypsum have higher strength than building gypsum products, and the hard gypsum binder has good thermal insulation. High temperature calcined gypsum has good wear resistance and water resistance.
