The device adopts a fixed vacuum box, and the tape slides on the vacuum box, forming a motion sealed structure between the vacuum box and the tape. The device achieves solid-liquid separation with vacuum negative pressure as the driving force. Structurally, the filtering section is arranged along the horizontal length direction and can continuously and automatically complete process operations such as filtration, cake washing, slag unloading, and filter cloth regeneration. Additionally, the mother liquor and cake washing liquid can be collected in sections. It has the advantages of high filtration efficiency, large production capacity, good washing efficiency, low moisture content in filter cake, flexible operation, and simple maintenance. The tape machine has been improved and perfected by our factory for many years, and the technical performance and quality of the product have reached the international advanced level. 2、 Technical characteristics of vacuum filter machine:

2. High degree of automation; Cutting, filtering, washing, drying, unloading, and cleaning of filter cloth are all continuously automated, which improves production efficiency, reduces operating costs, greatly reduces labor intensity for workers, and improves the working environment.
3: Fast filtering speed; The material passes through the sedimentation zone, with large particles in the bottom layer and small particles in the upper layer. The filter cake structure is reasonable, and the filtrate has low permeability resistance, allowing for rapid thin-layer filtration.
4: Convenient filtration process; Filter cake thickness and washing water volume. The reverse washing stage, vacuum degree, and filter cloth speed can be adjusted arbitrarily to achieve satisfactory filtration effect.
5: Good washing effect; It can achieve multi-stage parallel or countercurrent washing, with uniform and thorough washing. The mother liquor and washing solution can be collected and reused separately according to process requirements.

Vacuum box and lifting device:
The vacuum box is connected in sections as a whole, with each section having a pipe opening connected to the liquid collection manifold to form a vacuum liquid collection system.
At the same time, a lifting mechanism was designed to facilitate the replacement of friction belts.
Correction device:
Using cylinders or airbags to automatically correct the deviation of the filter cloth by rotating it to a certain angle, ensuring the normal operation of the filter cloth.
The tensioning device adjusts the tension of the tape through a screw to ensure that the tape has sufficient friction and does not deviate.
Using process water spray to clean filter cloth and tape, and equipped with a vacuum suction tube sealed box, this can ensure a clean work site. The nozzle adopts the products of American spray Company, which can fully ensure the cleaning effect.
Rinsing process:
Adopting reverse flow washing and spray washing devices, and adopting both forward flow washing and reverse flow washing methods according to the requirements of materials and processes, to achieve more thorough cleaning of materials.
3、 Vacuum filter control system:
The use of remote and on-site interactive control facilitates the operation of work and facilitates the implementation of unmanned operations.
4、 Vacuum filter tape skirt and baffle:
The circular rubber tape is made of EP200 four layer polyester cloth, and the tape skirt is bonded with a combination structure of wavy skirt and parallel tape. This structure has good elasticity of the skirt, which can prevent the skirt from breaking due to the roller changing direction and prevent the liquid from flowing out from both sides. The upper structure of the rubber belt is a row of drainage grooves in the middle, with vacuum drainage holes drilled in the middle. The drilled area is made of pure rubber without a cloth layer, which can prevent liquid from entering the rubber layer through the cloth fibers and causing delamination of the tape, greatly extending the service life of the rubber belt.
