Introduction to Centrifuge

The machine adopts a three legged structure, which is divided into two forms: with foundation (requiring foundation fixation) and without foundation (not requiring foundation fixation). The base of a centrifuge with a foundation is made of iron castings, while the base of a centrifuge without a foundation is filled with concrete. The machine brakes are manually applied using brake pads. All parts in contact with the material are used304 stainless steel, acid, alkali, and corrosion resistant. The conversion liner is made of 4-6mm stainless steel, the liquid blocking shell is made of 3mm stainless steel, and the collection tank plate is made of 2mm stainless steel. The parts in contact with materials can also be treated with anti-corrosion methods such as spraying. The machine can be started using a centrifugal block or a frequency converter, and the motor can be either a regular motor or an explosion-proof motor.
Structural characteristics of centrifuge
1. Industrial centrifugal dewatering machines are all equipped with a three legged suspended pendulum structure, which can effectively reduce the foot vibration caused by the unbalanced load inside the hub during operation.
2. The shell and top cover are made of high-quality stainless steel, the cage base and chassis are made of cast iron material, and the water outlet pipe is located below the chassis.
3. The spindle is made of high-quality steel that has undergone heat treatment and precision machining.
4. The transmission part adopts triangular tape transmission, and the centrifugal starting wheel is directly driven by the motor, which can slowly start the machine and gradually reach the design speed to ensure smooth operation of the machine.
5. There is a brake opening and closing arm inside the machine, which has good braking performance and can quickly stop the machine.
Centrifuge operation method
1Place the machine on a level surface, ensuring that the ground is level and even. The power connection method is delta connection. After connecting the power, test the machine once to ensure that the inner container rotates clockwise.
2Place the filter bag inside the inner container, lay it flat, and ensure that the filter cloth is tightly attached to the inner container wall.

4Start the machine and wait for about 30 seconds for it to reachrelativelyHigh speed, if the machine vibrates significantly during this process, immediately disconnect the power and check if the material is flat and uniform. The machine has reachedrelativelyAfter high-speed operation, a large amount of liquid is discharged from the drainage pipe. After about 2 minutes, the material is basically dry and there is almost no liquid flowing out of the drainage pipe. The power can be turned off. After 1 minute, apply the brake and do not brake it all at once.
5After the machine comes to a complete stop, remove the material and re lay the filter cloth in the inner tank to proceed with the next dehydration process.
6Never put materials into the machine during operation to prevent the high-speed rotating drum from throwing materials out and injuring people.The brake should not be applied all at once, but should be applied several times to stop the machine.
