■Usage process and precautions
① The surface to be coated should be cleaned clean, dry, and free of grease. After cleaning with Guangyan cleaning agent, the effect is better.
② Apply enough adhesive to the bolts to fill all the mating threads. This product is0.05mmThe following thin adhesive layers work best.
③ For oversized threads, a larger gap can affect the curing speed and strength of the product. This product will reduce the friction generated during assembly (torque tension ratio). In applications where the thread needs to be tightened to a critical value, this ratio should be determined in advance.
