The light tubes of this device are imported from the United States as original lightsoulful, with a long lifespan of over 12000-13000 hours. The quartz sleeve is made of high-purity quartz sand as raw material, with a transmittance (ultraviolet transmittance) of over 92%, and can withstand pressure of 1.0-1.5MPa under high pressure. The ballast adopts advanced constant and high-intensity ultraviolet sterilizer specific ballasts to ensure the maximum actual output power of the ultraviolet lamp, enabling the entire system to work in an orderly manner. The equipment material is stainless steel 304 or 316, which can be selected by customers. The inside of the equipment cylinder has undergone special treatment, so that the water to be treated can receive sufficient ultraviolet radiation with a wavelength of 253.4nm when passing through the sterilizer, achieving the maximum sterilization and disinfection effect. Our company can customize and process various forms of ultraviolet sterilizers according to user installation needs. Non conventional types include: top mounted (with the electrical control system on the upper part of the cylinder), split type (with the electrical control system separated from the cylinder and can be installed separately), side opening, top opening, bottom opening, and can also be customized according to user drawings. The equipment has a wall thickness of 2.5mm and can withstand normal pressure below 1.0MPa. It can also be installed at the outlet of the pump according to user requirements (with a pressure of about 1.5MPa). Equipped with sound and light alarms, the working status of the equipment can be displayed intuitively. The external design of the equipment conforms to fluid dynamics, ensuring that there are no dead corners and that the ultraviolet radiation intensity inside the equipment cavity is uniform.

Installation and operation:
Installation of UV sterilizer: It can be placed horizontally or vertically and fixed to the workbench. The inlet and outlet can be specified according to the site conditions. Either end of the device should leave about 1.6m of space for easy replacement of the light tube.
Maintenance: First, turn off the power, open the protective covers on both sides of the sterilizer, remove the lamp tube, remove the end caps, take out the "O" ring inside the water seal seat, and slowly remove the quartz tube.
