●Using an intelligent program temperature controller to control temperature,PIDParameter self-tuning, solid-state relay power adjustment, contactless continuous adjustment, automatic completion of the entire drying process, capable of meeting the requirements of any curing curve, easy operation, and reliable performance; Selecting domestic and foreign electrical control components to achieve optimal reliability of the electric control part of the curing furnace. ●Realize timed intermittent automatic exhaust function within the process temperature range (optional according to user requirements). ●Paper recorders, printing recorders, or paperless recorders can be selected to monitor the entire process and analyze the drying and curing results. ●According to the different placement of the baked products, choose a reasonable hot air circulation method (top heating vertical air supply, bottom heating horizontal air supply, side heating vertical air supply, etc.) to make the temperature in the studio more uniform, and the coil drying and curing effect better. ●An independent overtemperature alarm system shall be installed, which can cut off the heating power supply and issue sound and light alarms when the temperature is abnormal. ●An optional low-voltage lighting system is available, with an observation window on the door to monitor the solidification status of the workpiece at any time. ●Using sealed electric heating tubes for heating, anti-oxidation, stable performance, and long service life. ●The bottom track can be laid, and different trolley driving methods such as manual drive, blunt rack drive, roller drive, and traction trolley drive can be selected according to the weight of the baked products. ●According to the user's on-site usage, multiple curing furnaces can be controlled nearby or equipped with a computer distributed control system, which can centrally set temperature control programs and record temperature curves for multiple curing furnaces. The operation is simple, convenient, and the control is reliable.
