The material is crushed by a jaw crusher and then transported to the storage bin by a bucket elevator. The vibrating feeder can evenly and continuously deliver the material to the main machine for grinding. The ground powder is blown towards the powder sorting machine by the blower for sorting. The sorted materials are sent to the storage bin through pipelines, and finally output as finished products through the discharge valve. The air pressure is negative during the operation of the entire production line. Firstly, the air blown out by the blower enters the cyclone collector at the upper part of the storage bin along with the powder material through the pipeline, and returns to the blower through the return air pipeline, forming an air circulation utilization. Secondly, the lower end of the powder collector is equipped with a powder lock, which functions to isolate the external positive pressure gas from the negative pressure gas of the powder collector, greatly improving the production. Again, the residual air and dust at the bottom of the host are sent through pipelines to the bag filter for filtration. Dust and other debris are adsorbed by the bag filter, and the purified air is discharged to the outside, effectively protecting the environment.

The product is suitable for grinding non flammable and explosive materials such as barite, calcite, potassium feldspar, talc, marble, limestone, white ash, granite, basalt, ceramics, glass, coal, slag, fly ash, etc. with a Mohs hardness of no more than 9.5 and a humidity of less than 6%. It is widely used in the powder processing of mining, power, chemical, building materials, metallurgy, refractory materials, power plant desulfurization, asphalt mixing stations, highways and other industries. The particle size of the finished product can be adjusted freely within the range of 2-3250 mesh.
