Structural characteristics

Ø This type of station building is constructed and installed on-site;

Ø The exterior wall adopts10mmThick opaque tempered glass, solid and durable, with strong corrosion resistance and aging resistance, beautiful and elegant, high-end atmosphere;

Ø The exterior wall is installed with a keel skeleton, and stainless steel decorative buckle grooves are installed at the joints of the external keel as decoration. Stainless steel buckle grooves are used to enhance the three-dimensional sense and metallic texture of the station building;

Ø The purification board with ultra thick insulation layer (insulation material: polystyrene, rock wool or polyurethane) is assembled without skeleton splicing method inside the station building, which is convenient and fast;

Ø The roof adopts a purification board splicing structure, and the exterior of the roof is treated with structural waterproofing;

Ø The bottom adopts a scaffolding mode, consisting of a bottom steel structure (overhead layer), galvanized steel plate, and waterproof felt (waterproof layer),The upper part is composed of high-quality wooden flooring (anti-static flooring, optional), and the external part uses cement as the foundation platform;

Ø The overall exterior of the station building is made of stainless steel brushed panels for corner wrapping or decoration, with a strong metallic texture;

Ø The station door adopts stainless steel anti-theft doors, and stainless steel rain shelters are installed on the door, forming a unified color tone with stainless steel corners and decorative strips;
