2. Dry powder: Powder suitable for your application Multiple metals can be applied to 3D printing of metal parts. Different raw materials have different requirements for machines. 4. Software: TruTops Print with Siemens NX software package At the beginning of the additive manufacturing process chain, data is prepared for 3D design and processing programs. As a development partner of Siemens, TRUMPF has provided a consistent software solution with a unified user interface for the first time through the 'TruTops Print with Siemens NX' software package, without the need for system interruption. The intelligent process chain of this software solution can provide high process reliability, as the tools used for developing, simulating, 3D printing, and CNC programming metal parts are merged into the same system, eliminating the need for data conversion in STL. In addition, the software package also integrates TRUMPF Build Processor for processing molding work and managing parameters. Save time and costs through clear workflows. |
5. Options:

1. Selection of bundle laser system
Using a bundle laser system to improve production efficiency: Two TRUMPF fiber lasers, each with a power of 200 W, emit beams simultaneously in the structural space, allowing for flexible production of up to 80% more parts in the same amount of time. This achieves faster part availability and extremely high customer order flexibility.
2. Industrial kit
The TruPrint 1000 industrial kit is tailored to meet the stringent requirements of industrial enterprises. It can reliably process a wide range of materials. The optional 50 ppm oxygen sensor and glove box are included in this package, with a door with glove holes replacing traditional machining doors. This method allows for unpacking in a protected gas environment.
3. Laboratory kit
The TruPrint 1000 laboratory kit provides the highest flexibility for research and development institutions, such as in material development. In addition to the 50 ppm oxygen sensor and glove box, this option package also includes a fine filter in the gas circulation and preparation measures for replaceable cylinders.
4. Dental set
The TruPrint 1000 dental kit can economically produce customized dental products, such as crowns or implants, with permission. This optional set includes a license to manufacture dental products.
5. Jewelry Set
The TruPrint 1000 jewelry set provides the best configuration for fine processing of precious metals in jewelry production. In addition to being used for replaceable cylinders to improve machine tool usability and adjusting the preparation measures for scraping powder according to component geometry, this option package also includes a default focal diameter of 30 μ m. The latter can improve surface quality and laser power density to produce finer structures.
