B. Analytical Program
The instrument is calibrated with limited international standard which Spectro Analytical Instruments GmbH have for general purpose. For special alloy and special elements, the instrument must be calibrated by customer themselves.
The following working curve was plotted by Spike Analytical Instruments in Germany using international standard samples (with a channel linear range greater than the range of the following working curve). For special alloys, elements, and analysis ranges proposed by users, standard samples will be provided by users and drawn free of charge by Spike Company.

Part Four: After sales Service and Others
D. Service and Miscellanea
1. Installation, debugging, training, and equipment handover Commissioning
The total contract price includes installation and commissioning, instrument operation training, and equipment handover to the user. The total working time for installation, debugging, training, and acceptance at the user's site shall not exceed 3 days. Extra work requires additional charges. The handover of equipment shall be terminated by equipment acceptance. The perfect operation of the acceptance display analysis system, instrument performance and supply scope meet the contract description, and the acceptance report is signed by representatives of both parties. Before installation, the buyer must prepare the installation conditions according to the installation requirements provided by the seller. If the acceptance is not completed due to the buyer's reasons, additional fees will be charged for re acceptance.
The total price includes installation, commissioning of the analytical instrument and a basic training of its operation. The on-site installation and commissioning time of the system is limited to max. 3 days. Additional requirements such as (but not limited to) analytical help, training etc. will be invoiced. The commissioning is completed with an acceptance test, which shall demonstrate the perfect operation of the analytical instruments. Upon fulfilment of the Spectro specifications of the quoted analytical instrument, the acceptance protocol has to be issued and signed by both parties. Prior to commissioning, the laboratory and all necessary facilities for the commissioning of quoted analytical instruments must be fulfilled by the purchaser/end user according to the installation requirements which provided by Seller. Any reason caused by purchaser/end user to lead the failing of commissioning, the re-commissioning will be invoiced.
2. Warranty period
The warranty period is 12 months after acceptance or 18 months from the date of the German invoice, whichever comes first. Except for damages caused by improper use by the user, during the warranty period, Spike Analytical Instruments in Germany is responsible for free repair or replacement of the corresponding damaged parts for the user.
The warranty period is 12 months after acceptance or 18 month from invoice date, whatever occurs first. All faulty components will be repaired or replaced free of charge, except for damages caused by customer's negligence.
The supplier is responsible for lifelong maintenance. Outside the warranty period, the supplier shall continue to provide high-quality services to the user.
The Seller should always provide the buyer with good service after warranty.
The supplier has a bonded spare parts warehouse to ensure the supply of spare parts.
The Seller must supply the spare parts to the buyer in time.
3. Acceptance
Use recalibration standards for technical acceptance.
The international standard samples will be selected during acceptance.
Conduct inventory and acceptance according to the supply scope specified in the contract.
The quantity will be checked according to the supply scope of the contract.
4. Customs Tariff No
According to the Brussels Customs Treaty, the customs identification number for the instrument is 90.27.30.00
For this type of instrument Customs Tariff No. 90.27.30.00 has to be applied according to the Brussels Customs Tariff Scheme.
5. Country of origin of the equipment
Unless otherwise specified, this quotation covers all supply scope originating from the Federal Republic of Germany.
Except where otherwise stated, country of origin of the items quoted in this offer is the Federal Republic of Germany.
