The German MESA gas analyzer is a newly developed portable gas analyzer G5 series by MESA, which can be equipped with up to 6 different gas sensors and is mainly used for online measurement of furnace atmosphere. It can achieve 8 analog outputs, 8 digital inputs/outputs, and can be optionally equipped with a serial port. Serial communication can be accomplished through network communication protocols such as TCP, Ethernet, or fieldbus. All analog and digital inputs/outputs can be manually set, including alarms, calibration, or pump shutdown. The device also has a manual or timed data recording function, which can be achieved through USB data transfer or built-in 16MB memory. If users purchase the random software MGAS Viewer, they can view, print, output, or manage the stored data. MGAS automatic zero calibration is effective for all gas components. There is also a "quick calibration" function that allows users to manually change the displayed gas concentration.
