German MESA Dew Point Measurement and Control System:
For endothermic gas generators, MESA has an economical and practical dew point control system with a relatively long working life, consisting of the following parts: Lambda probe heating power supply NTV44P ordinary dew point controller DGTP with measurement chamber. (Alternatively, the NTV44P high-end TP intelligent heating power supply with a Lambda probe and measurement room can calculate dew point values based on Lambda signals and connect to any control device). Its cost is only equivalent to 60-70% of carbon control systems, and its working life is also longer than carbon control systems. In this application, since the Lambda probe is not directly installed in the pipeline but measures the gas entering the measurement chamber, there is no need for even blowing and cleaning. In addition, MESA also offers pointer and digital dew point detectors for selection.

Dew point measuring instruments Dewchecker 1.1 and Dewchecker 2.1 are portable instruments newly developed by MESA for gas dew point measurement. The definition of dew point is the temperature at which water vapor begins to condense, and also refers to the temperature at which condensation and evaporation maintain equilibrium. The internal measurement principle of MESA dew point tester is that the dew point formation process can be seen on the cold mirror surface, so the measurement is in a long-term stable state, and the instrument itself basically does not require maintenance. This instrument is mainly used for dew point measurement in atmospheres, gas generators, or heat treatment equipment. Compared with Dewchecker 1.1, Dewchecker 2.1 is equipped with a capacitive online sensor, which can be used for continuous online measurement. The measurement results can be transmitted through analog output or digital RS485/RS422 interface. By adjusting the mirror temperature, very accurate measurement results can be obtained. Both models have two specifications of 230V or 115V power supply.
