The gas-liquid dispersion mixer adopts a dual inlet feeding method, with one inlet for liquid and one inlet for gas, ensuring the airtightness of the system. Gas and liquid enter the mixing chamber from different inlets, and upon contact, the gas is refined and fully dispersed in the liquid, forming a stable system.

Gas liquid mixer, multiple core parameters can be adjusted, such as gap, speed, working head specifications, etc., to achieve controllability of gas particle size.

While using a gas-liquid mixer, auxiliary metering, conveying and other pump bodies can be used to control the accuracy of the material system ratio.

XLC2000Special structure and working principle: equipped with a specially designed rotor, one inlet for liquid and one inlet for gas, so that the two phases can timely disperse the powder when they come into contact. The machine can operate in a loop until all gases are added, then seal the feeding inlet and continue to disperse and mix in the chamber.
