1、 Product Overview

2、 Safety Technical Operation Regulations

When working on fully or partially charged panels, maintenance equipment should be clearly marked and separated from operating equipment.
The secondary windings of current transformers and voltage transformers should have permanent and reliable protective grounding.
When working on the secondary circuit of a running current transformer, the following safety measures should be taken.
◆ It is strictly prohibited to disconnect the current circuit.
In order to reliably short-circuit the secondary coil of the current transformer, short-circuit plates and short circuits must be used, and the use of wire winding is prohibited.
◆ It is prohibited to perform any work on the circuit and wires between the current transformer and the short-circuit terminal.
When working on the secondary circuit of a voltage transformer during operation, the following safety measures should be taken.
Strictly prevent short circuits or grounding.
Insulated tools and gloves should be used, and if necessary, relevant relay protection devices should be stopped before work.
When connecting temporary loads, specialized switches and fuses must be installed.

3、 Installation precautions

The elevation or verticality of the distribution box (panel) exceeds the allowable deviation: it is caused by inaccurate measurement and positioning or uneven ground, and should be corrected in a timely manner.
The iron frame of the distribution box is not square: If it is not straightened and aligned before installing the iron frame, or if the fixed point position is offset during installation, it should be re aligned with a suspension wire before fixing.
The electrical appliances and instruments on the distribution box panel are not firm, flat or unevenly spaced, the pressure head is not firm, the pressure head damages the wire core, and the pressure head of multiple wires is not equipped with pressure terminals. The card frame is not installed below the brake, and screws that are not tight should be tightened,
The spacing should be adjusted evenly and leveled according to the requirements. The damaged part of the wire core should be cut off and reconnected, multiple strands of wire should be fitted with crimping terminals, and the card frame should be reinstalled.
The cross-sectional area of the grounding wire is insufficient or the cross-sectional area of the protective ground wire is insufficient. If the protective ground wire is connected in series, these non compliant requirements should be corrected according to relevant regulations. The PE wire terminals inside the distribution box and panel are suitable for general use
Public building projects and residential projects are not suitable for use.
The wiring arrangement behind the panel is not neat: it should be tied into bundles according to the branches and fixed inside the panel.
The distribution box (panel) is missing components such as hinges, locks, screws, etc.: all necessary installation components should be fully equipped.
Iron box electrical and gas welding with long holes: each pipe should have one hole, and electrical and gas welding should not be used for opening holes. The pipe should be flush with the box.
The surrounding gaps of the stable construction of the distribution box body are too large: cement mortar should be used to build the box and pipes firmly.
The outer side of the wooden box is not anti-corrosion and the inner wall is rough: it should be treated according to regulations.
The welding points on the inner wall of the iron box of the distribution box are corroded: anti rust paint should be applied.

4、 Scope and conditions of use

SRM15-12 gas insulated metal enclosed switchgear is a three-phase AC 50Hz, SF6 gas fully insulated and fully sealed metal enclosed switchgear.

Adopting modular design, main switches such as vacuum circuit breakers, load switches, load switch fuse combination devices, and isolation switches are used as functional units and placed in sealed gas boxes to form various inflatable compartment units. The busbars can be expanded in the left and right directions through busbar couplings, and plug-in cables are used for incoming and outgoing lines. Not affected by the environment, high safety, maintenance free, and strong reliability.

Widely used in industrial and civil ring network distribution systems and power supply terminals, especially suitable for small secondary distribution stations, industrial and mining enterprise switch stations, urban residential areas, airports, railways and other places.
