This equipment is a test bench designed, manufactured, and tested strictly in accordance with the new national standards GB/T 13004-2016 "Periodic Inspection and Evaluation of Seamless Gas Cylinders" and GB/T9251-2011 "Water Pressure Test Method for Gas Cylinders" combined with actual working conditions. It is mainly used for water pressure testing of seamless gas cylinders, assessing their ultimate residual and deformation forms under pressure, and using computer control to record, collect, and print test data.

The equipment adopts a specially designed operation cabinet, equipped with two electric/pneumatic pumps, installed with dual system pipelines, a set of oil free water pressure testing system and a set of non oil free water pressure testing system, which can achieve oil free water pressure testing and non oil free water pressure testing for seamless gas cylinders.

The equipment system is equipped with compatible interfaces and can be connected to external scanning devices for manual input or scanning input.
