Design and installation of GZV micro vibrating feeder:

When designing this series of electromagnetic vibration feeders, the influence of silo pressure was not considered. To ensure the normal operation of the feeder, the following points should be noted when configuring the silo:
To ensure that the material bin is not affected by the material bin during the vibration process, there should be a gap of about 5 millimeters between the outlet of the material bin and the feeding bin.
(2) The outlet of the silo should have a slanted spout design to avoid the vertical pressure of the material column directly pressing into the silo, otherwise it will seriously affect the efficiency of the silo.
3、 The size of the opening of the silo should ensure sufficient thickness of the material layer. To adjust the thickness of the material layer, gates should also be installed. Usually, the proportion of warehouse configuration is about 1/4.

Test run and adjustment of micro electromagnetic vibration feeder:

The feeder has been debugged before leaving the factory, and generally does not require on-site debugging. If the performance does not meet the requirements during testing or maintenance, necessary adjustments can be made.
1. Test drive
Connect the installed electric vibration machine to the control machine and control box, turn on the power switch, adjust the potentiometer knob, gradually increase the current, and observe the amplitude indicated on the amplitude sign on the tank. When the amplitude reaches 1.5mm, the current should be equal to or less than the rated value. After 1 hour of operation, the amplitude should slowly increase or not increase, but should not continuously decrease, except for fluctuating with the grid voltage. Otherwise, necessary adjustments must be made: the electric vibration machine should be ensured to operate in a collision free state. 2. Adjustment
(1) First, use the screw adjustment method. Adjust the tightness of the fastening screws of the leaf spring to meet the normal operation requirements in the above test drive;
(2) Method of adjusting the number of leaf springs. By increasing or decreasing the number of plates, the stiffness of the elastic system can be changed to meet the requirements for normal operation;
(3) Air gap adjustment method. By changing the size of the air gap, the excitation force can be increased or decreased to meet the requirements of normal operation. However, after adjusting the air gap, the current value should not be greater than the rated value during the test run. This method is generally not commonly used, and the air gap value should be maintained at 1.8-2.3mm.
These three methods can be coordinated and carried out simultaneously during the adjustment until the electric vibration machine is in the optimal operating state.
2. Usage:
(1) Adjustment of productivity
The adjustment of feeder productivity usually adopts the following two methods:
a) Adjust the amplitude of the feeder. Within the rated amplitude range, the amplitude can be directly adjusted by rotating the potentiometer knob of the control box, allowing for seamless adjustment of the feeder's productivity.
b) Adjusting the opening of the silo gate and changing the thickness of the material layer can also achieve the goal of adjusting the productivity of the feeder.
(2) Operation and maintenance
During the operation of the feeder, it is necessary to regularly check the stability of the amplitude and current. If the plate spring breaks, the air gap between the iron core and the armature changes or collides, the machine must be stopped immediately for handling.
