GYF axial flow fan usage:
GYF axial flow fan testing complies with GB50045~95 "Code for Fire Protection Design of High rise Civil Buildings" and GB50067-97 "Code for Fire Protection Design of Garage, Repair Shop and Parking Lot", and is a new type of energy-saving fire smoke exhaust fan. This fan can be used for specialized fire smoke exhaust in various buildings, as well as for smoke exhaust and ventilation in high-rise buildings, general buildings, underground garages, mine culverts, etc. For example, underground garages are usually used for exhaust and ventilation, and can be converted to high air volume for smoke exhaust when needed.
GYF axial flow fan structural form:
The blade type adopts axial flow: there are GYF-I (single speed) and GYF-SI (dual speed); Two types of fire exhaust fans. The blade type adopts oblique flow: there are two types of fire smoke exhaust fans, GYF-II (single speed) and GYF-S2 (dual speed). If users have high requirements for noise, GYF-BX silencing fire smoke exhaust fan can be made. The fan can also be made vertical and installed on the roof for firefighting and smoke exhaust purposes.
GYF axial flow fan consists of five main components:
1. Impeller
2. Motor
3. Internal circulation fan impeller
4. Guide vanes, inner cylinder, and guide pipe holes
5. Outer cylinder.
Advantages of GYF axial flow fan:
The fan with a capacity of 18.5kw and a speed of 1450 rpm, while ensuring the same aerodynamic performance as other manufacturers, has a lower motor capacity and speed by one level compared to other manufacturers. Taking the fan with a capacity of 18.5kw and a speed of 1450 rpm as an example, our company has a capacity of 15kw and a speed of 960 rpm, making it more energy-efficient and durable.
2. All smoke exhaust fans in our company have LsA<25dB (national standard ≤ 35dB)
3. The cooling system can ensure continuous operation for at least 2 hours when the flue gas passing through the fan is ≥ 400 ℃ (according to national regulations, ≤ 280 ℃),

Installation and use of GYF axial flow fan:
1. Vertical, horizontal, and suspended installation can be used. The fan base must be naturally integrated with the foundation plane, and it is not allowed to forcefully connect the base by knocking, nor to add the weight of the pipeline to the fan components.
2. Before installation, carefully check whether the impeller and casing are damaged or deformed due to transportation. If so, they should be repaired before installation.
3. Check if the connecting bolts are loose, if the motor insulation is good, and if there are any obstacles to rotation in the fan duct.
4. After the installation of the fan, a trial run should be carried out, and any abnormal rubbing, collision, and vibration should be immediately eliminated.
