Introduction to Self Weight Pressure Gauge:
The DXY-1 electric self weight pressure gauge adopts the self weight principle and can provide high-precision standard pressure signals. It is one of the essential instruments for pressure calibration and high-precision pressure reference. The electric pressure gauge can calibrate pressure transmitters, pressure gauges, pressure switches and other pressure instruments, and can also provide standard pressure signals for scientific research institutions. At present, the DXY series electric pressure gauge fills the gap of gas pistons in China.
Principle of self weight pressure gauge:
The DXY-1 electric self weight pressure gauge is equipped with dual pressure reducing valves and a constant current controller to ensure constant gas source pressure, flow, and pressure. Under constant flow and pressure conditions, the piston system is suspended above a constant gas pressure, and excess gas will overflow from the overflow hole to ensure that the pressure generated by the piston system is equal to the gas pressure. The gas pressure is output through a stabilizing device, and the gas source pressure is balanced and converted into a standard pressure signal.

- Install the tested pressure transmitter
- Close the pressure relief valve
- Connect the probe to the positive and negative terminals of the transmitter output.
- Turn on the power
- Place weights
- Stable pressure within 5 seconds
- The gravity generated by the weight is the current pressure
