The fan is a regular centrifugal fan, which either has insufficient output or excessive negative pressure, causing water to enter the oil, turbine oil to emulsify, oil pipeline system to rust, and regulating components to malfunction, seriously threatening the safe operation of the unit. Due to excessive negative pressure, a large amount of turbine oil is extracted, resulting in oil spraying at the oil discharge port, which is extremely wasteful and affects the civilized production of the power plant. At the same time, due to excessive negative pressure, a large amount of shaft seal steam leaks into the bearing box and enters the main oil tank through the return oil main pipe. During the return process, it condenses into water, causing water to be carried in the turbine oil and the oil to emulsify, endangering the safety production of the unit. In addition, traditional fans only consider placing oil fume exhaust equipment on the main oil tank, without considering the bearing box, which makes it easy for oil fume to accumulate inside the box and cause oil leakage in the oil baffle. Therefore, the renovation of smoke exhaust fans is imperative.
