Product Overview:
The GXG series filtration, washing, and drying all-in-one machine has good adaptability to various materials, especially suitable for processing difficult to filter slurries, as well as flammable, explosive, volatile, and easily contaminated materials. This equipment integrates filtration, pulping, washing, and drying operations, making it an ideal device for solid-liquid separation in industrial sectors such as pharmaceuticals, pesticides, food, chemicals, and dyes.
This machine is independently designed, developed, and produced by our company, and has been put into practical application, filling the domestic gap in this type of product. It has been widely used in the separation of many harmful and polluting materials.
Structure introduction:
The GXG series filtration, washing and drying integrated machine is mainly composed of transmission components, lifting components, washing components, scraper mechanism, cylinder components, pneumatic device, filter disc, frame and related pipelines, as well as detection and control instruments and meters.
1. Transmission components:
The transmission components mainly consist of motors, reducers, transmission shafts, bearing seats, lubrication systems, seals, etc. The motor reducer drives the transmission shaft and the scraper mechanism on the shaft to achieve forward and reverse rotation. Through the forward and reverse rotation of the scraper mechanism, the filter cake can be removed and the cracks caused by pressure leakage due to grinding can be eliminated. For materials that need to be slurry washed, it also plays a role in stirring and mixing. Sealing ensures that there is no leakage between the cylinder and the transmission shaft, ensuring the internal pressure of the cylinder.
2. Lifting components:
The lifting components are mainly composed of cylinders, guiding mechanisms, etc., which are the executing mechanisms that ensure the up and down movement of the scraper. The accurate and reliable positioning of the lifting components is crucial. Therefore, during installation, debugging, operation, and maintenance, it is necessary to carefully ensure the adjusted position of the travel switch to ensure the accurate and error free operation of the lifting components, so as to avoid the scraper damaging the filter disc and other serious consequences due to its incorrect position.
3. Washing parts:
The washing component realizes the washing of the inside of the cylinder and the filter cake. The washing solution enters from the inlet of the washing tube and passes through multiple washing nozzles to achieve multiple, all-round, continuous, and uniform washing of the interior of the cylinder and the filter cake.
4. Upper cylinder:
The upper cylinder is composed of a cylinder body, a head assembly, flanges, etc. The head assembly includes inlet connections such as head, breathing valve, safety valve, pressure gauge, sight glass, detergent inlet, feed inlet, compressed air inlet, etc. The transmission components, lifting components, and washing components are all installed on the upper cylinder.
5. Scraper mechanism:
The scraper mechanism achieves three functions:
(1) Unloading: After the filtration is completed, a filter cake is formed on the filter disc. The scraper mechanism descends and rotates to scrape the filter cake and drive it to the discharge valve position to be discharged outside the machine; (2) Flattening: When cracks appear in the filter cake, the scraper device rotates in the opposite direction to flatten the cracks, avoiding pressure leakage and ensuring normal filtration; (3) Stirring and mixing: For materials that require re slurry filtration, it can play a role in stirring and mixing, accelerating the replacement of washing solution and mother liquor, and optimizing the washing effect.
6. Discharge valve:
Adopt manual or automatic quick opening discharge valve. Installed on one side of the cylinder, the filter cake is discharged from its valve port.
7. Filter disk:
Composed of multiple layers of metal sintered mesh. It can be divided into integral installation type and split installation type. The integral installation filter disc is a whole. The split installation type filter disc is divided into multiple pieces, and each small filter disc is installed independently. The filtering accuracy and material can be selected according to actual needs. The filter disc has good rigidity, accurate filtration accuracy, can be repeatedly rinsed, and can be used for a long time. The filter disc is a key component of the entire machine, and its precision directly affects the filtering effect.
8. Lower cylinder:
The lower cylinder is the carrier for installing the filter disc. It consists of flanges, cylinders, heads, discharge valve ports, liquid outlets, movable support frames, etc. The lower cylinder can be automatically lifted to the ground under the action of the cylinder, and can be quickly and conveniently moved through a movable support frame, making it easy to thoroughly clean the filter disc.
9. Rack:
The rack is the support for the entire machine. The rack legs have anchor bolt holes.
10. Self control system:
The control of this machine is centralized through PLC or computer, and monitored and fed back through pressure controller, temperature controller, travel switch, proximity switch, and level detector, thus achieving fully automatic control.
Working Principle:
The working process of GXG series filtration, washing and drying integrated machine can be divided into four processes:
(1) Feed filtration:Under the action of the pump, the material to be separated enters the machine and begins initial filtration through the pressure of the pump. After the feeding is completed, compressed gas is introduced and filtered again under the pressure of compressed air to achieve solid-liquid separation of the material to be separated. Filter media can be selected according to different product and material characteristics, using various specifications and media of filter cloth or stainless steel multi-layer sintered filter discs. The filtration accuracy can reach 5-10 μ m. The filter disc is fixed on the lower cylinder of the machine and can be cleaned and replaced. Changing product varieties only requires replacing the filter plate, and one device can be used for multiple products. The formed filter cake is smoothed by a specially designed scraper mechanism to eliminate cracks in the filter cake, ensuring even distribution and consistent thickness, and more thorough solid-liquid separation.
(2) Beating and washing:Through a specially designed washing mechanism, the cleaning solution can be evenly distributed throughout the interior of the machine, enabling internal cleaning and material washing. Through the stirring and mixing effect of the scraper mechanism, the filter cake and washing solution can be thoroughly mixed layer by layer, finally forming a slurry suspension, and the filter cake can be thoroughly washed. According to the specific situation of the material, multiple washes can be selected.
(3) Blow dry:After thorough washing, introduce compressed air and blow dry the filter cake. For materials that need to be dried, steam or hot air (nitrogen) is introduced and dried under vacuum.
(4) Unloading:The dried filter cake is scraped and driven to the side discharge valve position by the scraper mechanism, and discharged outside the machine.
