The GSHZ rotary grid cleaning machine is a specialized equipment for sewage treatment that can continuously and automatically block and remove various shaped debris from fluids. It can be widely used in urban sewage treatment and is currently one of the most advanced solid-liquid screening equipment in China. The GSHZ rotary grid cleaning machine is a special shaped rake tooth made of ABS engineering plastic, nylon or stainless steel, which is installed on the rake tooth shaft in a certain order to form a closed rake tooth chain. The lower part is installed in the inlet channel. Under the drive of the transmission system, the entire rake tooth chain moves from bottom to top and carries solid debris out of the liquid, while the liquid flows through the gap between the rake teeth. Driven by the motor reducer, the rake chain undergoes a reverse motion in the direction of the water flow. When the rake chain reaches the upper part of the equipment, due to the guidance of the groove wheel and curved rail, relative self-cleaning motion occurs between each set of rake teeth, and the vast majority of solid materials fall down by gravity. The other part relies on the reverse movement of the cleaner to clean the debris stuck to the rake teeth. According to the direction of water flow, the rake chain is similar to a grille, and the rake teeth installed on the rake chain shaft can be selected based on the application conditions. When the rake teeth separate the solid suspended solids in the fluid, it can ensure smooth flow of water. The entire homework process can be continuous or intermittent.
