4、 After sales commitment
Preparation work before installation
The equipment we provide is of brand new and unused quality, has passed the factory quality inspection, is well packaged, and suitable for long-distance transportation.
2. Ten days before shipment, we will notify Zui Zhong users in writing of the preparation conditions for equipment installation. Upon receiving the user's written shipping request, we will ship on time.
Installation and debugging
1. We are responsible for on-site installation and debugging of the equipment provided until the system operates normally.
After installation and debugging are completed, our technicians with more than three years of maintenance experience will provide training to the demand side at the installation site, so that they can independently complete various operations related to equipment and systems, as well as pay attention to precautions during use and handle common simple faults, ensuring that users can proficiently operate and maintain the instrument on a daily basis.
Services provided during the warranty period
1. We guarantee a 12-month warranty for the goods provided by Zheng, calculated from the date of acceptance signature.
2. During the warranty period, if any malfunction occurs with our equipment, we will respond continuously within 24 hours. Upon receiving notification, we will provide on-site service within 3 working days and must continue to repair until the malfunction is completely eliminated and the equipment is fully restored to normal.
3. Equipped with dedicated technical personnel with at least three years of corresponding work experience.
