Spray drying is the most widely used process in liquid forming and drying industries. It is most suitable for generating powder and granular solid products from solution, lotion, suspension and paste liquid raw materials. Therefore, spray drying is a very ideal process when the particle size distribution, residual moisture content, bulk density and particle shape of the finished product must meet accurate standards.

working principle:

The air passes through the filter, heater, and hot air distribution screen, and the hot air enters the dryer uniformly in a straight line. The liquid material is sent from the liquid tank through a filter by a high-pressure pump to the pressure nozzle at the top of the drying tower. Under the action of high pressure, the liquid material forms tiny mist like droplets. Misty droplets come into contact with hot air in parallel, causing rapid evaporation of moisture and drying into finished products in a very short period of time. The finished product is discharged from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is extracted and discharged by the fan.
