The high-efficiency wear-resistant slurry pump is a single-stage single suction, axial suction cantilever horizontal centrifugal pump, which can be widely used in metallurgy, mining, power, coal mining, water conservancy, chemical industry, light industry, petroleum and other departments to transport abrasive or corrosive slurry containing a large amount of solid materials.
1. GMZ type pump, with high-strength wear-resistant materials used for the overcurrent components, is suitable for conveying slurry with strong abrasion, high concentration, and large particles. Within the maximum working pressure range of the pump, it can be used in series in multiple stages.
2. The GMZ type pump has interchangeable flow components made of various materials according to the different suction media, suitable for conveying abrasive or corrosive, large or fine particle slurries.

STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION
The GMZ series pumps have similar structures except for the pump head (including front and rear pump casings, volutes, front and rear guard plates, impellers, etc.), and use the same series of transmission parts. Below are the structural characteristics of the pump head, shaft seal, and transmission parts.

1. Pump head section: The GMZ series pump has a dual pump casing structure, consisting of a front pump casing, a rear pump casing, and a replaceable overcurrent section (including impeller, volute shell, front guard plate, and rear guard plate). The front and rear pump casings are made of gray cast iron or ductile iron according to the working pressure, vertically split and connected with bolts. The rear pump casing has a stopper and a bracket connected with bolts. The pump outlet can be rotated and installed at eight angles. The front and rear cover plates of the impeller are equipped with back blades to reduce leakage and improve the service life and efficiency of the pump. The inlet of each type of pump is horizontal, and the pump rotates clockwise when viewed from the transmission direction.
2. Shaft seal part: There are three forms of shaft seals: secondary impeller shaft seal and packing shaft seal, and mechanical seal.
(1) Auxiliary impeller shaft seal: When the positive pressure value at the pump inlet is not greater than 10% of the pump outlet pressure value, a single-stage pump or a multi-stage series third stage pump can use an auxiliary impeller shaft seal. The auxiliary impeller shaft seal has the advantages of not diluting the slurry and good sealing effect.
(2) Packing shaft seal: The packing shaft seal has a simple structure and is easy to maintain. It requires the use of shaft seal water. For working conditions that are not suitable for using a secondary impeller shaft seal and pump suction working conditions, packing shaft seals can be used.
(3) Mechanical seal: For working conditions that are not suitable for the above two types of shaft seals, mechanical seals are used to reduce the maintenance frequency of the shaft seal part.
3. Transmission part: This series of pumps adopts the same series of transmission, including bracket and bearing components. The pump shaft diameter is large, the rigidity is good, the cantilever is short, and it will not bend or vibrate under harsh working conditions. The bearings are single row tapered roller bearings and deep groove ball bearings, which can withstand the maximum axial and radial loads of the pump when used in combination. The bearings are lubricated with thin oil, and there are sealed end caps at both ends of the bearing body, which can effectively prevent slurry and other pollutants from entering the bearings. The pump is equipped with two rubber hose joints in the bearing body, which can be connected to the water source to cool the bearing chamber. Therefore, it can work at high ambient temperatures, ensure the safe operation of the bearings, and have a high service life.
