Instrument principle:
GIR320 adopts optical gas imaging technology - OGI, vibration and infrared absorption technology of gas molecules, and layer radiative transfer model technology for passive infrared imaging of gas leakage. With infrared detectors targeting the infrared absorption spectrum band of VOC gases, the infrared thermal imager can image VOC gases that are invisible to the human eye. Infrared observation mode: only displays infrared images, suitable for infrared imaging observation and general leak detection. Infrared gas enhancement mode: only displays infrared images, suitable for applications that search for gas leaks. This mode will weaken the background in the image and enhance the display of flowing gases, highlighting VOCs gases. In this mode, very small amounts of gas leaks can be detected.
Visible light mode: Only visible light images are displayed for on-site evidence collection. Testing personnel can accurately locate the leak location. When using instruments for testing, enterprises can first use infrared gas enhancement mode to investigate. After finding the leak point, video and photo evidence can be recorded. At the same time, the infrared observation mode can be switched to save clearer video data. For small gas leaks, the infrared gas enhancement mode has a more significant effect.
