The wine filling machine production line consists of a series of products such as chain type bottle flushing and bottle control two in one machines, GFP series negative pressure filling machines, DZ-C type automatic capping machines, and SSJ type conveyors. The main key parts of the wine filling machine, such as washing, filling, and sealing, are made of stainless steel materials, which have the characteristics of advanced technology, complete system, reliable performance, and easy use.
The wine filling machine mainly refers to the wine bottling equipment, with a general filling capacity of 750ml. According to the characteristics of easy foam when filling wine, the filling principle of the wine filling machine can be divided into vacuum (negative pressure) filling and siphon filling. These two principles do not cause foam when filling wine, ensuring the filling accuracy. There are currently two bottle feeding methods for wine filling machines: rotary filling and linear filling. Rotary filling is more common and stable. Wine filling machines are generally used in conjunction with bottle washing machines and corking machines.
The main features of a wine filling machine are:
1. Adopting the principle of low vacuum filling, filling the bottle wall without choking or foaming, ensuring consistent liquid level after filling.
2. Bottles with damaged bodies will automatically not be filled, will not spill, will not break, and will automatically adapt to bottle height errors. The carefully designed bottle support device is made of high-quality materials, with reasonable design, processing technology, and accurate compression shock absorption ratio to ensure the service life of the bottle support device.
3. The filling valve adopts the good filling principle, reasonable design, excellent quality, and processed components of the filling machine industry to ensure the required liquid level after filling.
4. Without disassembling the filling valve, simply lift the valve upwards and turn it clockwise by 15 degrees to keep the filling valve in a normally open state. At this time, it is convenient to perform reverse flushing on the filling barrel and filling valve. Adopting a single pin fixed valve body structure, the valve core can be pulled out as a whole by gently pulling the pin shaft. The principle is simple and the maintenance is convenient.
5. The wine filling machine uses imported high-sensitivity liquid level probes, imported liquid level control devices, and pneumatic angle seat valves to control the liquid level fluctuation within 30mm in the filling barrel. This device can achieve synchronous action with the wine inlet pump and can also achieve liquid filling without a high-level tank.
