The spindle box components adopt a hydraulic cylinder balancing mechanism to ensure the smoothness of spindle box movement.
The crossbeam with excellent bending and torsion resistance is embedded with steel guide rails, which form a sliding guide pair with the sliding saddle on the opposite surface. It has the characteristics of low friction coefficient, high positioning accuracy, and long accuracy retention.
The movement of the gantry is supported by four heavy-duty linear guides on both sides of the bed. It has the characteristics of high contact stiffness, large bearing capacity, no crawling at low speed, and small synchronization error.
