1、 Overview
ZC1 type bipolar worm and gear - worm reducer complies with national standard JB/T7008-93
This reducer is mainly suitable for industries such as Taiwan Gold, mining, lifting, transportation, chemical, construction, building materials, and light industry. The input shaft speed of the reducer does not exceed 1500r/min, and the working environment temperature of the reducer is -40 ℃~+40 ℃. When the working environment is below 0 ℃, the lubricating oil must be heated to above 0 ℃ before starting, and the reducer can operate in both forward and reverse directions. 2、 Model, marking, basic parameters, dimensions
1. Model number
CCWU - Dual stage worm gear reducer with low-speed worm gear below the worm gear;
CCWS - Dual stage worm gear reducer with low-speed worm gear on the side of the worm gear;

GCWU - Low speed worm gear below the worm gear - worm gear reducer;
GCWS - Low speed worm gear on the side of the worm gear - worm reducer
GCWO - Low speed stage worm gear on top of worm gear - a worm gear reducer;
The meaning of letters
C - indicates that the worm gear category is ZCl
G - represents gears
W - represents worm gear reducer
U. S and O - respectively indicate that the low-speed worm gear is located below, on the side of, and above the worm wheel;
