1、 Instrument features

In the past 20 years, the packaging industry has developed rapidly, and composite flexible packaging has been widely used in various packaging, especially food packaging, due to its exquisite printing, good barrier properties, convenient use, and packaging automation. With the development of the economy and the improvement of living standards, people are paying more and more attention to food hygiene and safety. Packaging materials that come into direct contact with food not only protect the product, but may also contaminate it. Therefore, the environmental protection and safety of packaging materials have received increasing attention. The hygiene and safety of composite flexible packaging materials include the following six aspects:
(1) The hygiene and safety of the substrate (especially the inner layer material in contact with the content);
(2) Hygiene and safety of printing ink;
(3) Hygiene and safety of composite adhesives;
(4) Hygiene and safety during the processing;
(5) Hygiene and safety of processing environment;
(6) The protective effect of packaging materials on products.
The instrument produced by our company is designed to test the safety of food during this series of production processes.

2、 Extended applications of GC9800 chromatograph:

Connecting to the chromatography workstation, the eight stage program heating can detect the tested substance more quickly and accurately. It has five detectors for customers to choose from to meet different detection fields: FID ion hydrogen flame detector is used to detect the content of organic compounds; TCD thermal conductivity detector is used for detecting and analyzing permanent gases, water, and low-carbon compounds.
