The use of gas chromatography to determine the component content of dissolved gases in insulating oil is an effective means for power generation and supply enterprises to determine whether there are latent overheating, discharge and other faults in oil filled power equipment during operation, in order to ensure the safe and effective operation of the power grid. It is also a necessary means for oil filled electrical equipment manufacturers to conduct factory inspections of their equipment.
GC9310 Transformer Oil Special Gas Chromatography InstrumentThe system adopts a three detector process of one injection, dual column parallel connection, and one split flow, equipped with TCD detector and two FID detectors, where H2 and O2 are detected by TCD; Hydrocarbon gases (methane, ethylene, ethane, acetylene) are detected by FID1, while CO and CO2 are detected by FID2, overcoming the impact of a large amount of CO and CO2 on hydrocarbon gases, especially acetylene.
