ZRJ-1The coal spontaneous combustion tester is in accordance with the national standard "Coal Spontaneous Combustion Tendency Chromatography Oxygen Absorption Identification Method" stipulated in China's "Coal Mine Safety Regulations"GB/T104-2006In the Technical Conditions for Coal Spontaneous Combustion Tester(MT/T708-1997)A specialized instrument for identifying coal spontaneous combustion tendency using gas chromatography and oxygen absorption, designed to ensure the accuracy of technical indicators.
The chromatographic oxygen absorption identification method for coal spontaneous combustion tendency is based on the theoretical basis that the adsorption of oxygen by coal at low temperature and pressure belongs to the single molecular layer physical adsorption state. According to the Langmuir single molecular layer adsorption equation, the characteristics of coal adsorption of flowing oxygen are determined by dual gas path flow chromatography. The spontaneous combustion tendency of coal is classified based on the measured oxygen absorption amount under limited conditions.
The oxidative properties of coal are one of the important factors that cause natural combustion of coal. The spontaneous combustion tendency of coal varies among different coalfields and coal seams. The current "Coal Mine Safety Regulations" in China have specific provisions and requirements for the identification of coal spontaneous combustion tendency. If the geological exploration department needs to provide the relevant design department with the results of coal spontaneous combustion tendency identification and classification level report, and the mining mine needs to excavate coal seams at the new level of Yanshen during the mining process, coal spontaneous combustion tendency identification is also required.
