It can be used in conjunction with the existing anchoring plate fixing plate, expansion head distribution plate, indium wire, protective tube, manual reading ruler and other devices of the NYW-100 type tension line horizontal displacement meter, to complete the digital detection, data transmission and automatic collection of multi-point monitoring data of tension line displacement. 3 Construction and working principle The core components of GB-100 tension line displacement sensor are non-contact full quantity photoelectric switch rotary encoder and combined measuring wheel. The sensor is installed in the observation room. It can be directly connected to the reversing wheel of the original instrument using a coupling device to detect the displacement of the tensioning line, or it can be directly detected by a combination measuring wheel to detect the horizontal (or vertical) displacement change of the tensioning line. When the tension wire is extended or shortened, the sensor will output a 10-14 bit Gray code encoded electrical signal. This signal is only related to the displacement of the tensioning line, not affected by temperature changes, resistant to strong electromagnetic interference, and has long-term stable performance. The resolution of GB-100 tension line displacement sensor can reach 0.05mm, with a measurement accuracy of 0.5mm to 1mm, and its performance is superior to other types of sensors.
