The BEVS 2311 oven temperature tracker is a perfect diagnostic and analytical tool for the entire baking process, which can better and faster optimize the oven structure, hot air distribution, air outlet layout, coating curing process, saving both heat and time. The recorder, protected by its unique insulation box, automatically records the curing process temperature and the surface temperature of the tested product inside the oven.
