The fully automatic liquid pressure source adopts pneumatic hydraulic technology, which can quickly calibrate pressure gauges, pressure switches and other pressure instruments. It can also be used as a pressure source to provide stable pressure.
The fully automatic liquid pressure source is equipped with a 10.4-inch capacitive touch screen, fully digital control, easy operation, no training required. After inputting the standard pressure, the system reaches the specified pressure. In terms of benchmark selection, a built-in pressure benchmark or a digital pressure gauge can be used as the control benchmark.
The fully automatic liquid pressure source has strong versatility in transmitting pressure media, and can choose non corrosive media such as water and oil. In terms of control, wireless WIFI control and serial port control can be optionally selected. Scalability is also another characteristic of the fully automatic liquid pressure source.

Operation section:
Connection: Connect the air source and the host, with a quick plug structure. The air source uses a box type air compressor, and the air source switch is turned on
Power on: Turn on the side switch key until the "O" switch indicator light turns on (green)
Add medium: Fill the oil cup with medium (keep the oil cup filled with medium during use)
Installation: Install the tested pressure instrument
After booting up, the touch screen automatically starts up, which takes about 30 seconds. After the startup is completed, it automatically enters the control page, as shown in the following figure:

Click 'OK' to automatically boost the voltage
Display the current pressure displayed above the window, and when the pressure stabilizes, the font color changes to red
Release pressure: Click on release pressure to start releasing pressure. After depressurization, it is necessary to wait for 30 seconds and cannot be pressurized again during the depressurization process.
Mode: Automatic mode, manual mode, the selected mode is white
Generally, selecting automatic mode is more convenient.
Manual mode:

Manual mode provides high-pressure manual pressure creation. Select the range, then rotate the resistance knob on the panel, and the system will automatically create pressure. Rotate the knob once to generate the selected pressure, effectively preventing system safety accidents caused by misoperation.
Exit: Force release pressure and exit
Shutdown: Force depressurization and exit
Manual mode provides another possibility for operation, making it convenient to detect the use of pressure switches.
Note: When the current pressure is greater than the range pressure, the range switching does not work (the current pressure is 15MPa, switching to 0-6MPa is not possible at this time, effectively ensuring safety)

Common problems and precautions:

1. The air source of the box type air compressor must be in the start-up state, with a set stabilizing pressure of 0.6MPa
2. When there is no response to pressure, check if there is any medium in the oil cup. When there is no medium in the oil cup, it is necessary to add medium.
3. When the pressure control accuracy is low or overshoot occurs, check whether the gas source pressure is stable.
