The fully automatic continuous cleaning machine adopts a mesh conveyor belt for continuous conveying, with nozzles arranged on the upper, lower, left, and right sides of the conveyor belt. It mainly has functions such as cleaning, compressed air drying, coarse filtration of cleaning solution, oil-water separation, automatic mist suction and exhaust, heating of cleaning solution, and automatic temperature control. The structure is reasonable, the conveyor belt speed is infinitely adjustable, and it is equipped with adjustable angle nozzles. It is easy to operate and convenient to use, which is of great significance for improving the working environment of cleaning workers and enhancing cleaning quality.

The fully automatic continuous cleaning machine is mainly composed of the equipment body, liquid storage tank, conveying system, cleaning system, rinsing system, compressed air drying system, filtration system, hot air drying system, automatic temperature control heating system, defogging system, electrical control system, etc.
1. Equipment body and liquid storage tank
1.1 The whole machine is a fully enclosed structure, welded with a steel frame. The upper cover of the cleaning machine adopts a single-layer structure, made of 1.5mm thick stainless steel plate (sprayed with paint according to the required color). The drying section is equipped with an insulation layer to reduce energy consumption.
1.2. The liquid tank adopts a single-layer structure and is made of 2mm thick stainless steel plate (sprayed with paint according to the required color); The interior is divided into several areas with partitions, which respectively achieve filtration, oil filtration, and oil separation of the cleaning solution; The liquid tank is equipped with a water replenishment port, a drainage port, and an overflow port. The bottom is inclined from both sides towards the middle, and the cleaning solution is discharged from the drain port at the bottom of the tank.
1.3. The liquid tank is equipped with a liquid level controller, which promptly reminds to replenish or stop water when the liquid level is abnormal. Emergency shutdown is implemented in case of abnormal situations, and sound and light alarms are set up.
1.4. The liquid tank is equipped with a stainless steel electric heater, which can raise the liquid from room temperature to operating temperature within 30-60 minutes. The temperature is automatically controlled within the range of 10-90 ℃, with manual setting and automatic control. Equipped with temperature control instruments for automatic display.
2. Conveyor system
The system consists of a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, a conveyor chain, a rib plate, a main drive shaft, and a driven shaft. The conveyor chain adopts high-strength bent plate chain, and the reinforcement plate is treated with anti-corrosion. The conveying speed of the conveyor belt can be continuously and infinitely adjusted between 0.15 and 3m/min.
3. Cleaning system
3.1 The cleaning system consists of cleaning pumps, spray cleaning pipelines, nozzles, etc. The nozzle is adjustable in angle and can adjust the jet direction within a range of 30 degrees. Each nozzle is spaced ≤ 80mm apart, and nozzles are arranged on the upper, lower, left, and right sides of the spray pipeline to ensure that all surfaces of the workpiece can be washed.
3.2. The system pipeline adopts galvanized steel pipes, and the nozzle can be quickly replaced, disassembled, and the direction can be adjusted.
3.3. The cleaning water pump adopts a vertical booster centrifugal pump, with a cleaning flow rate of ≥ 30m3/h, a cleaning pressure of ≥ 300Kpa, and adjustable pressure.
4. Rinse system
4.1 The rinsing system consists of a rinsing pump, a spray rinsing pipeline, nozzles, etc. The nozzle is adjustable in angle and can adjust the jet direction within a range of 30 degrees. Each nozzle is spaced ≤ 80mm apart, and nozzles are arranged on the upper, lower, left, and right sides of the spray pipeline to ensure that all surfaces of the workpiece can be washed.
4.2. The system pipeline adopts galvanized steel pipes, and the nozzle can be quickly replaced, disassembled, and the direction can be adjusted.
4.3. The rinsing water pump adopts a vertical booster centrifugal pump, with a cleaning flow rate of ≥ 30m3/h, a cleaning pressure of ≥ 300Kpa, and adjustable pressure.
5. Compressed air drying system
5.1. The system consists of control valves, drying pipelines, air nozzles, hoses, and supplementary blowing guns.
5.2. The system pipeline adopts galvanized steel pipes, and the nozzle is made of copper. The nozzle can be quickly replaced, disassembled, and the direction can be adjusted.
5.3. The gas source is provided by the user.
6. Hot air drying system (your company does not include this section)
6.1. The system consists of a centrifugal fan, air heater, temperature controller, etc.
6.2. The centrifugal fan circulates the hot air inside the drying box to avoid heat loss. The hot air (adjustable from room temperature to 100 ℃) from the stainless steel heater is blown through the air duct towards the conveyed workpiece, accelerating the dry process without water.
7. Filtering system
7.1. The filtration of equipment cleaning solution adopts a two-stage filtration, with the first stage being a drawer style filter basket at the return water outlet, and the second stage being a stainless steel insert plate filter screen at the pump suction outlet.
7.2. The equipment rinse solution filtration adopts a two-stage filtration, with the first stage being a drawer style filter basket at the return water outlet, and the second stage being a stainless steel insert plate filter screen at the pump suction port.
7.3. The system is equipped with a set of oil removal devices to timely separate waste oil from the cleaning solution, in order to extend the service life of the liquid. The oil removal device adopts a scraper type oil-water separator to remove the floating oil on the surface of the liquid and separate it by specific gravity separation method. The separation capacity is 30L per hour.
8. Mist removal system
The fully automatic continuous cleaning machine adopts a mist extraction fan to extract mist and steam from the cleaning room, which is discharged through an external pipeline.
9. Electrical control system
9.1. Adopting relay semi-automatic control, all low-voltage electrical components used in the equipment are made of high-quality domestic branded products.
9.2. Emergency stop buttons should be installed at the inlet and outlet to prevent unexpected situations, stop the machine in a timely manner, and improve the safety performance of the equipment.
9.3. The electrical control cabinet is equipped with dual color lights to indicate two states of equipment: normal operation and malfunction.
