Instrument Introduction:

On the basis of the original Belcat series chemical adsorption instrument technology, Bel Company has developed a new generation of Belcat II fully automatic chemical adsorption instrument.

Belcat II is used for the following catalyst research:;

Study the acidity strength of cracking catalysts through TPD of pyridine or ammonia;

Study the alkaline strength of solid alkaline catalysts;

Determine the ideal pretreatment conditions for the catalyst;

Catalytic reaction research;

TPD/R/O/Rx, Pulse chemical reaction and single point BET testing;

Belcat II can detect corrosive gases such as H2S and SO2 in addition to conventional gases such as H2, CO, CO2, O, NH3;

In addition to conventional gas switching and flow control, programmed temperature rise programming, and TCD data acquisition, the lifting platform of the cold trap in Belcat II is also automatically raised and lowered. The forced cooling of the furnace is completed by software control, without the need for manual operation, which improves the degree of automation;

Belcat II comes standard with a mixing function and is equipped with a separate MFC controlled mixing circuit;

The powerful steam adsorption function of Belcat II adopts Peltier heating, which is more precise in temperature control, faster in heating, and safer;

The new sample tube design can measure more sample volumes;

Belcat II provides multiple expansion functions, including connection to gas chromatography, online mass spectrometry (with data synchronization), chromatographic separation columns, low-temperature cold bath CATCryo II (with program temperature control ranging from -120 ℃ to 1100 ℃), gas mixing can be upgraded to 3 or more gas mixing channels, exhaust gas connection vacuum, exhaust gas connection infrared detector, steam generator connection (10-200 ℃), etc;
