2. Environmental Protection
Firstly, PE film environmentally friendly material is used as the packaging material for cement foam insulation board. Secondly, the cement foam board is dusty and prone to breakage. PE plastic film is used to package all the corners and horizontal planes of the foam cement board, effectively improving the environment for product transportation and use. Finally, in the packaging process of cement foam insulation board, not only was the friction part of the equipment effectively protected, but also a dust removal system was added to reduce the dust around the equipment.

3、 Working principle of unmanned packaging line for cement foam board
This system uses PE film for sleeve style fully automatic bagging packaging of cement foam board.
The maximum packaging specification is: L600*H300*W500mm
4、 Workflow
When the cement foam board is transported from the sawing device to the power roller line, the cement foam board runs at a constant speed to the automatic leveling device. At this time, the sensor that detects the transportation of the cement foam board senses the signal, and the cylinders at both ends rise. When the sensor delays and stops working, the cylinder makes a downward motion, and the cement foam board proceeds to the next stroke of power transportation. When the cement foam board is transported to the edge of the power roller line, the sensor that detects that the cement foam board is transported in place will sense the signal, and then the chain conveying device starts to operate. The cement foam board will transition from the power roller to the non power roller under the pushing force of the chain pushing plate. When the pushing plate pushes the cement foam board to the sealing and cutting machine table, the side of the sealing and cutting machine senses the arrival of the cement foam board. The sensor senses the signal and performs the sealing and cutting action accordingly, After sealing and cutting, it is directly transported to the internal circulation heat shrink machine for shrinkage and packaging processes. Then the push board will continue to push the cement foam board forward, and the sealing and cutting machine will perform a cyclic action until the push board runs until the sensor detects that there is no cement foam board, and then the push board will proceed to the next cyclic action.
