Product Introduction:
Automatically transport the empty bucket to the filling position, the detection switch at the filling head detects the bucket, automatically locates and aligns it, automatically removes the tare weight from the empty bucket on the scale, and then the fast and slow feeding ball valves automatically open simultaneously; First, quickly add the filling material. The filling head stays at the lowest position for a period of time before starting to rise and fill below the liquid level. In the middle, it stays at 3 places as the liquid level rises, and then stops at the barrel mouth before slowly adding the material; When the filling volume reaches the preset set amount, the ball valve and bottom valve close; The filling head rises outside the barrel. All sealing points of the entire pipeline are sealed with polytetrafluoroethylene material to meet the requirement of no leakage.
