Fulaik water softener 2850 fully automatic boiler water softener fiberglass winding tank water softening equipment, the hardness of water is mainly composed of cations: calcium (Ca2+), magnesium (Mg2+) ions. When raw water containing hardness ions passes through the resin layer inside the exchanger, calcium and magnesium ions in the water are adsorbed by the resin, while sodium ions are exchanged and released. The water flowing out of the exchanger in this way is softened water with removed hardness ions. When the resin adsorbing calcium and magnesium ions reaches a certain level, the hardness of the effluent increases. At this time, the water softener automatically regenerates the failed resin, using a higher concentration of sodium chloride solution to pass through the failed resin and restore it to sodium type resin. The fully automatic water softener system is an integrated equipment consisting of resin tanks, salt tanks, and controllers. The fully automatic Fulaik water softener control valve realizes program control operation, automatic regeneration, adopts siphon principle for salt suction, automatic water injection for salt hydration and concentration ratio, without the need for auxiliary equipment such as salt pumps and salt dissolution.
Fulike water softener control mode:
1. Time type: restoration starts at the set time, with a short cycle of one day, suitable for stable water supply systems such as air conditioning systems. It has the characteristics of simple control mode, low cost, and easy operation;
2. Flow type: It starts to restore when the flow reaches the set value and is suitable for all system water supply. This method has high accuracy, stable and reliable water output, and is equipped with a memory function. There is no need to reset the values after a power outage;
3. Microcomputer type: The system consists of 2-3 automatic water softeners combined, fully controlled by computer programs. If equipped with a central controller, remote control can be achieved. The computer can monitor the working status of each water softener at any time through a microprocessor, display and store information, and randomly set working and regeneration conditions. Suitable for water supply systems with high levels of automation.
