The Fulike 5600 automatic water softener air conditioner softened water control valve is a small civilian control valve with a single piston longitudinal arrangement, suitable for single valve and single tank systems. The Fulike 5600 control valve belongs to the category of hard water bypass valves. When used for industrial boiler soft water treatment, a hard water blocking valve must be installed at its outlet. Hard water blocking valves generally use normally open solenoid valves, which automatically close the water outlet pipeline during water softener regeneration and open the water outlet pipeline during operation. The switch of the solenoid valve is controlled by a micro switch added next to the saltwater cam.
1、 Working principle of Fulaike fully automatic water softener:
The Fulaik fully automatic water softener adopts the fixed bed sodium ion exchange softening method. When the fixed bed is running, the water flows through the sodium ion exchange resin layer from top to bottom, and the calcium and magnesium ions in the water exchange with the sodium ions in the resin, softening the raw water. The resin used is 001 × 7 strong acidic styrene cation exchange resin. After the sodium ion exchange resin fails, in order to restore its softening ability, sodium ion regenerators are used for regeneration, including both co current and counter current regenerators. The regenerator is generally a salt (NaCl) solution.
2、 Fulike Work Procedure:
1. Water supply: Untreated water passes through the resin layer, undergoes an exchange reaction, and produces soft water.
2. Backwash: Water enters from the lower part of the resin layer, loosens the resin, and removes fine impurities.
3. Salt water regeneration: Using high concentration salt water (NaCl) to flow through the resin, the failed resin is restored to sodium type usable resin.
4. Rinse: According to the process of water supply, rinse excess salt solution and regenerated calcium and magnesium ions through resin.
5. Water injection: Inject water into the salt tank to dissolve the salt for the next regeneration.
3、 Application scope:
Widely used for softening the supply water of steam boilers, hot water boilers, exchangers, evaporative condensers, air conditioners, direct fired engines and other systems. It can also be used for the treatment of domestic water in hotels, restaurants, office buildings, apartments, homes, and other industries, as well as for the treatment of softened water in food, beverage, brewing, laundry, printing and dyeing, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries.
