The fully automatic water softener control valve of the Fulai 5600 central air conditioning circulating water softening treatment equipment uses sodium ion exchange resin to replace calcium and magnesium ions in the raw water. After flowing out of the equipment, it becomes softened water with extremely low hardness. After the resin adsorbs a certain amount of calcium and magnesium ions, it must be regenerated. Softening water is used to soak the resin in saturated salt water to replace the calcium and magnesium ions in the resin, restore the resin's softening exchange capacity, and discharge the waste liquid. Softened water has a high degree of automation, stable water supply, long service life, automatic operation, only requires regular salt addition, and does not require dedicated personnel to operate. High efficiency, low energy consumption, and economical operating costs. The equipment has a compact and reasonable structure, easy operation and maintenance, small footprint, and softened water saves investment. Easy to use, easy to install, debug, and operate.
Work procedure:
1. Water supply: Untreated water passes through the resin layer, undergoes an exchange reaction, and produces soft water.
2. Backwash: Water enters from the lower part of the resin layer, loosens the resin, and removes fine impurities.
3. Salt water regeneration: Using high concentration salt water (NaCl) to flow through the resin, the failed resin is restored to sodium type usable resin.
4. Rinse: According to the process of water supply, rinse excess salt solution and regenerated calcium and magnesium ions through resin.
5. Water injection: Inject water into the salt tank to dissolve the salt for the next regeneration.
There are several ways to start regeneration:
Time type, real-time traffic type, and delayed traffic type. Industrial boiler water softeners generally use flow instant type, but the total exchange capacity of the softener should meet the water demand requirement for processing for at least 6 hours. In fact, it is generally required that the total exchange capacity of the softener should meet the water demand requirement for processing for 8-12 hours. For small boilers with a water consumption of less than 2t/h, from the perspective of equipment purchase cost, sometimes time type boilers are also selected.
