1,preparation

(3) Place the gain control knob in the middle position as much as possible

(4) Before each measurement, the "frequency adjustment knob" can be used to tune the frequency of the input signal and the selected frequency of the instrument to the optimal state. When adjusting, the position of the pointer on the meter head can be observed to determine, and the judgment is based on making the pointer indicate the maximum value at that time
(5) The "gain control knob" can be used together with the "amplification selection switch" to control the size of the signal amplification, so that the pointer on the meter head points to an appropriate position, providing a relative reference for measurement
3,Measurement of standing wave ratio: According to the general standing wave ratio measurement method, the standing wave ratio of the measured load can be directly read on the standing wave ratio scale 1-4 on the instrument head. When the standing wave ratio reading is greater than 3.2, the "amplification selection switch" can be adjusted clockwise by one gear, and then the standing wave ratio can be read on the standing wave ratio scale 3.2-10
