The XPZ-02 frequency current converter can linearly convert pulse signals into a constant current of 4-20mA based on frequency components. It adopts a dedicated conversion chip internally, adds isolation between input and output, uses operational amplifiers and field-effect transistors to form a closed loop V/I conversion, and strictly screens the resistors and capacitors used, so it has good constant current characteristics and a conversion accuracy of 0.2 level. It forms a cooling pump speed detection device for nuclear power plants with SZMB-5T magneto electric speed sensor.
