Freedom EVOware ® It is the control and application software for the Tecan Freedom EVO liquid processing workstation. In Freedom EVOware ® Under the control of, Freedom EVO ® The liquid processing workstation can fully automate the entire experimental process from buffer preparation, sample loading, incubation, separation, to transferring the recovered solution to the Tecan ELISA reader for result analysis.

Special accessories for PreDictor
Tecan provides dedicated accessories for reliable and efficient processing of PreDictor boards on its Freedom EVO. These accessories include dedicated and oscillator positioning frames, greatly reducing the risk of single hole leakage or cross contamination. Removing small droplets adhering to the filter element during automated processing is crucial to prevent leakage or contamination. Tecan provides a dedicated filter paper carrier in conjunction with absorbent filter paper to effectively prevent the aforementioned leakage or contamination. The filter paper carrier can be transported by a RoMa robotic arm and stored on a vertical storage rack (Hotel) on a workbench, a high-speed and high-throughput carousel storage device (Carousel), or a standard microplate rack. The dedicated oscillator positioning frame can be fixedly placed on the PreDictor pre filled plate incubated on Te Shake. To avoid contamination, the PreDictor pre filled plate is not directly placed on the oscillator, but on a standard microplate that is pre placed on the oscillator. Integrating a Te Shake can incubate up to two PreDictor plates simultaneously.
PreDictor ™
PreDictor board pre filled with GE Medical's BioProcess ™ Resin is widely used in the condition screening of target protein binding, washing, and elution steps, as well as the determination of isothermal adsorption curves of proteins/resins. The parallel conditional screening mode of PreDictor pre filled plates can effectively eliminate the influence of different filling methods or chromatographic conditions on the optimization results. The optimization results obtained from PreDictor pre filled plates have a good correlation with conventional chromatographic results, making the plate the best tool for process development and optimization.
