Main technical parameters
1. Place the machine on a level surface, ensuring that the ground is as flat as possible. There should be no gaps between the four shock-absorbing legs of the centrifuge and the ground.
2. Fix the machine with expansion wire or other methods according to the fixing holes on the shock-absorbing legs.
3. Connect the inverter according to the instructions of the inverter terminal. Test the machine once after connecting the power. The starting method is to turn on the power, then press the "Start" button on the frequency converter panel to check if the rotation direction of the bucket is clockwise, and then press the "Stop" button to stop the machine. During this process, if the inner container rotates counterclockwise, simply swap the positions of any two wires on the motor terminal to ensure that the inner container rotates clockwise.
1. Attention: When the machine is idling and reaches a high speed, there will be a harsh sound of wind, which is a normal phenomenon. It will disappear after adding materials; When the machine stops, after pressing the "stop" button, there will be a smell of burnt paint, which is caused by the heating of the brake resistor inside the frequency converter. This is a normal phenomenon; The braking resistor is a high-temperature component, do not touch it with your hands.
5. Place the filter bag inside the inner container, lay it flat, and ensure that the filter cloth is as close to the side and bottom of the inner container as possible, without too many wrinkles. The excess filter cloth on the upper edge of the inner container should be evenly stuffed into the gap between the outer shell and the inner container.
6. If the material is solid, the material to be dehydrated should be evenly and evenly placed in the inner container, and the material should be kept as smooth and even as possible after being placed; If the material is a fluid, it can be poured or drawn in after the machine is started to high speed. Solid materials must not be added during the operation of the machine to prevent the high-speed rotating drum from throwing the materials out and injuring people, except for liquid with fluidity. The loading amount must not exceed the large capacity of the machine.
Attention: If the material is a fluid, please add it at a moderate and uniform speed to avoid the liquid in the sink from overflowing from the lower part of the machine due to delayed discharge.
7. Press the "Start" button to start the machine, and the machine will reach high speed within 180 seconds; Press the 'stop' button, and the machine will stop within 180 seconds. If the machine vibrates significantly during this process, immediately press the stop button or cut off the power to check if the material is flat and uniform. After adjusting the material evenly, if it still vibrates, stop the machine immediately and contact the manufacturer.
8. After the machine reaches high speed, a large amount of liquid is discharged from the drain pipe. After about 2 minutes, the material is basically dry and there is basically no liquid flowing out of the drainage pipe. You can press the stop button.
9. After the machine comes to a complete stop, remove the material and re lay the filter cloth in the inner tank to proceed with the next dehydration process.
Daily maintenance of flat four legged centrifuge
Every 6 months of machine operation, butter needs to be added to the bearing chamber. The specific oil injection method is: remove the centrifuge shell and bucket, open the bearing cover, add high-temperature resistant butter, and reinstall the machine.
