Four axis shredder is a machine that uses the working principle of cutting, tearing, and squeezing between cutting tools to process materials. It is used for crushing various solid wastes and can process materials to smaller particle sizes in one go. It is often used in environmental protection fields such as MSW (municipal solid waste) disposal, resource regeneration, waste incineration pretreatment, and cement kiln collaborative pretreatment. This device has the characteristics of low speed, high torque design, high shear force, stable equipment, and uniform discharge.
working principle:
Four motors drive four blade shafts to rotate forward and backward respectively. The upper and lower blade shafts cooperate to perform initial crushing of materials and also have feeding functions. The secondary crushing is mainly completed by the lower rotor cooperating with shearing, squeezing, and tearing. The size of the discharged product is mainly determined by the thickness of the blades installed on the blade shaft and the opening size of the screen mesh.
Internal structure of four axis shredder:
1Shredder blade
The shredder blades are divided into fixed blades and moving blades. The fixed blades are fixed to the shredder spindle through internal hexagonal slot holes to crush and process materials.
2Shredder spindle
The hexagonal interface shaft is connected to the gearbox through bearings and couplings.
3Shredder chassis
Mainly providing support for the installation of bearings and the fixation of the main shaft, while also providing a relatively enclosed space for the four axis linkage crushing.
4Bearings
By using an internal pressure cylinder to reduce friction during the rotation of the main shaft, torque loss can be minimized.
5Gearbox
Adjust the motor output speed through a reducer, while reducing motor damage caused by spindle impact and increasing spindle torque.
Support frame, screen mesh, motor, hopper, distribution cabinet, electromagnetic directional valve, and other control and accessories.
